- The Good Food Theory: The Good Food Theory is based on the idea that if you eat well, you feel well and overall it will help you to be well. You will find nutritional facts that are based on the most recent information and healthy recipes that I have created in my kitchen.
- Me: I like food. I love good food. Good food should be accompanied by other healthy lifestyle factors and it is these values which led me to embark on a five year university course. You generally don’t take on a five year course unless you’re a keen bean. A five year course you’re thinking? Well that’s because it is a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science) and a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) (Honours), which basically means I’m an Exercise Scientist and a Dietitian. I’m delighted to share with you my love of food and what I know about nutrition; the best of both worlds. I’ve created this blog as a serving plate where you may feed your mind with nutritional information and feed your body with healthy, good food.
