Simply spread some low fat ricotta on wholegrain toast, add sliced figs, drizzle with honey and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Your spread on toast just got a bit fancy!

2 tbl reduced fat ricotta
2 small figs
2 tsp honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon
