Thought I’d consolidate some of my earlier photos into a single post which shows five ways of ricotta and fruit on toast. Simple but definitely not plain.
Monday: Strawberries

Long ago, I used to eat cottage cheese and jam on toast. This sounds like the most amazing update of that combination! 🙂
